The aim of the project is to renew flexibility and technological capability of production so that we can manufacture products more efficiently with high quality, and to react quickly to structural changes in production. The aim is also to improve production capability to produce quality. We also want to be able to manufacture new products for which we don't have technical capability. We also want to provide our customers with better quality monitoring. Actions: Acquisition of a new pick and place machine, improving product traceability, Production modification and development, Acquisition of inspection cameras, Upgrading of equipment and tools for product assembly, design of equipment for product testing and manufacturing.

With the project company was able to renew the flexibility and technological capability of production. New production equipment were aquired in the project that enable the implementation of new proceses like testing of long PCB's and automated varnishing of PCB's. The following measures were implemented in the project in full: Acquisition of a new pick and place machine and related accessories, improving product traceability, Production modification and development to meet the SMT solutions required for various components, Acquisition of inspection cameras for visual inspection and soldering of products, Upgrading of equipment and tools for product assembly, design of equipment for product testing and manufacturing.
